Diego Ugalde is a retired Navy SEAL turned CEO, Author, Speaker, and Psychedelic Integration and Facilitation Coach.
As CEO and Founder of The Trident Approach, Diego brings his experience from the SEAL Teams combined with his deepest insights from Psychedelic Integration and Meditation together for those pursuing a Conscious Approach to Leadership.

As a psychedelic Integration Coach for Heroic Hearts Project (501C.3) and the Mission Within, Diego has sat with hundreds of veterans suffering from post traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury, addiction, and sexual trauma with the use of Ayahuasca, Ibogaine, and 5-MeO-DMT along with native shamans and healers.

As CEO of PsyCurious, Diego and his team sit over low doses of psilocybin for people curious about the psychedelic space but are not yet ready for heroic journeys.
